However you should research the company and agent you are interested in using make sure they are reputable and remember that they must be licensed to practice in the state in which the Timeshare is located. Timeshare sales agents work on commission and those commissions can fluctuate from one company to the next so it is worth your time to shop around. The ability to sell your Timeshare will hinge upon the weeks of the year you have it, peak or off-peak, where it is located, and asking price. Try to give yourself adequate time to sell your Timeshare in that it often may take awhile unless you choose to sell it very inexpensively.
